Our yoga classes are mostly held inside the gym, and occasionally when the weather is just right, we take it down to the riverbank.
Our instructor Cindy will guide you through all of the poses with options for all abilities, and the class finishes with the amazing Savasana…. You have to try to it know how amazing it is!
