Our strength classes will give you a full body strength session while keeping it interesting and fun. Designed to balance muscle groups and ensure that you are training for full strength as well as postural correction, our trainers program these classes to take out all the thinking for you, so that you can just follow the plan and be guided with correct form.
Sometimes we include a ‘power’ element to our strength classes, like ball slams or battle ropes, just so you never quite know what to expect.
You can work to your current strength level and be guided as you gradually are able to increase weights over the weeks.
