It’s not as brutal as it sounds…. But bootcamp is a full on workout, combining strength and cardio to have your fitness ready to tackle what you need to in the real world.

Every class is different, and can include a range of different movements. We change it up so it’s never boring. When the weather is good, we often head out onto the riverbank, otherwise the classes are upstairs in our functional room.

If going hard is your thing, trust us, bootcamp is hard when you want it to be! With that said, as with all of our classes, we can adapt to your fitness level & beginners are always more than welcome. If it’s your first time, we’ll buddy you up with one of our friendly regulars & you’ll be at home in no time!
